How it works

Join the lobby. At 15 players a 10-second countdown starts. Smaller groups can start early once everyone taps Ready.
No turns. Each piece has a cooldown after you move it: ♟ 1.2s, ♚ 1.6s, ♞ ♝ 2.5s, ♜ 3.5s, ♛ 4.5s.
Rooks, bishops and queens slide at most 8 squares.
Pawns step one square in any straight direction and capture one square diagonally, any way.
Take a king and its whole army vanishes. Last king standing wins. After 8 minutes, most eliminations wins.
Captures within 4 seconds chain into Double, Triple, Quad and Penta Kills. Captures without losing a piece build a spree. End someone's spree for a Shutdown.
Tap your piece, then tap a highlighted square.
Leaderboard: a kill is a king you take, a death is losing yours. K/D is kills divided by deaths. Stats follow this browser.
